While I was looking for a job with my business degree, I got a job working for my old high school math teacher who had started a landscape company. I fell in love with the business and with his team-oriented, family style, lets-have-some-fun way of doing business. When I started All Phase Landscape I used the same management style.

I first found my passion for beautiful landscapes during my 13 years working in the golf course industry. It is there I realized I had an eye for detail that others did not. I always took pride in my work and strived for perfection each and every day. I have since applied that same pride and attention to detail to every aspect of my life and my work. When I was first brought on at All Phase, I quickly realized that I had found a new home and a new family that shares the same passion, pride and attention to detail as I do. I believe that a beautiful landscape starts with proper installation, attention to the details, and prideful maintenance. It is my hope that we always bring the vision of the Landscape Architect to fruition and meet the quality standards and scheduling goals of the General Contractor.

I retired after 32 years with telecommunications and spent the last 5 years working for a non-profit. I realized I enjoyed being in an environment where people work together towards a common goal. Being here has been a blessing in disguise—it offers the project management I enjoy, the people here work together to be successful, and it feels like people care about each other. In the short time I have been here, everyone has been very welcoming, helpful and it is enjoyable to come to work. My late grandfather would be happy I am here—he used to take care of lawns to make sure they were meticulously manicured, and I remember going with him during summers when I was a young child. Being here just feels right.

I was blessed to begin my career in construction, specializing in concrete—cutting, demolition, removal, and pour back—before coming back home to All Phase Landscape. My sister and I grew up driving the golf cart around the yard and doing small tasks for our late grandfather, Tano, who was not only THE All Phase Landscape Project Manager but also a lifelong friend and mentor to many, including myself. Although I had very different plans for my future, I fell in love with construction and always knew I would make my way back here. I’m excited to plant roots, build on the incredible legacy my Papa left behind, and create a name for myself in a sub-specialty I love and hold close to my heart. I look forward to continuing my education and growth within the commercial construction industry.

All Phase has always felt like home to me. It’s my dad’s landscape company, and I’ve grown up around many of the people in the office—I’ve known most of them since I was a baby. Now, working in the estimating department for Jan G, I feel lucky to be part of such a supportive and positive team. The culture here is one of my favorite things about All Phase—it’s warm, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable. I truly love my role in estimating and take pride in the work we do. Being part of the company that means so much to me, both personally and professionally, makes every day fulfilling!
