I graduated with a degree in business from the University of Northern Colorado. While I was looking for a job with my business degree, I got a job working for my old high school math teacher who had started a landscape company. I fell in love with the business and with his team-oriented, family style, lets-have-some-fun way of doing business. When I started All Phase Landscape I used the same management style.

When I was young, we had a large garden that I worked in with my dad. From that time on, I have always loved growing plants and working outdoors. Landscaping gives me the opportunity to do both. Personal Narrative:
As a kid, I would come to All Phase with Tano to “work,” starting off with simple tasks- filing papers and going house to house passing out flyers for the company. I had different plans for my future but this is where I always belonged, I think Tano always knew that. When you work alongside on of the most knowledgeable Project Managers everyday, it’s hard not to find a love for this industry. It’s an honor to be able to follow in my grandfather’s footsteps and call All Phase my home away from home.

I first found my passion for beautiful landscapes during my 13 years working in the golf course industry. It is there I realized I had an eye for detail that others did not. I always took pride in my work and strived for perfection each and every day. I have since applied that same pride and attention to detail to every aspect of my life and my work. When I was first brought on at All Phase, I quickly realized that I had found a new home and a new family that shares the same passion, pride and attention to detail as I do. I believe that a beautiful landscape starts with proper installation, attention to the details, and prideful maintenance. It is my hope that we always bring the vision of the Landscape Architect to fruition and meet the quality standards and scheduling goals of the General Contractor.
